This project is a retail shopping center in Monterey Park, California. The project has an cafe and outdoor courtyard space with waterfall. This retail model is designed for promotion and marketing purpose. The model is done in 1/8" architectural scale and is made out of pebble borads and then finished with colors and materials that match the actual building materials.
