The scope of this project is to provide drafting of construction documents for 7-unit two-story single family PUD development in Temple City, California. There are two floor plan types with two elevations style for each plan type. The living area of these PUDs are around 1,900 square feet. The list of drawings to be completed are site plan with landscaping layout, floor plans with electrical layout and specification call-outs, roof plans, elevations, sections, general notes and architectural construction details.
