Project Type : Color Rendering / Color Markers & Color Pencils.

This is a 3-unit plan unit development (PUD) in the City of Rosemead, California. This color rendering is design for public hearing. The drawings are done with color markers and finished with color pencils and other drawing media. The exterior offers three different distinctive styles as front elevation from circular tower, to square archway toped by concrete balusters, to arch covered porch with decorative quoins. Other exterior features are the Eagle Ponderosa concrete tile roof, the Coronado stone veneer, foam moldings, foam quoins and crystal white grid windows with dual panels. As the result, the finish project is a clean and sharp color drawings that correctly depict the actual color and materials of the building as propsed by the designer.
