The scope of this project is to provide preliminary design and computer aided drafting services for a 6-unit San Gabriel Condo. This project is the "only project" that have passed the San Gabriel Planning Commission Review with the maximum number of unit allow under the newly revised design standard by the City of San Gabriel. Our computer aided drafting services including the design and site planning of the underground parking structure, the 3-stories of living spaces above, and the exterior elevations of the subject building. The subject property and the design of this project along with its approved tentative map was sold one year after its conception for more than twice of its original amount.
