This home is located in the popular Mountain's Edge development - the southwest corner of the Las Vegas region. The total living area of this floor plan is 4,000 square feet which included a guest bedroom on the first level and a master suite with retreat area on the second level. Other key features include family room with high ceiling, a circular stairway, fireplace, breakfast nook, and a 3-car attached garage.
