Residential Home Design - Walnut Home Project Type: Residential Home Design, Walnut Home Project Location: City of Walnut, California The scope of this project is to add additional of 300 square feet of living space at the first floor level and to add a balcony to the second floor level. The totoal living area of this Walnut home with the new addition is 4,800 square feet. We have expanded the existing family room and open up the space between the family room and the kitchen. For the second floor, we add a balcony that expanded the view from the master bedroom to the swimming pool and the backyard below.
